Job Title Support customers by managing product quality inquiries and service requests The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m fully onsite in an office setting. Qualifications 2+ years of recent customer service, order management, administrative support, or product support experience Experience working in a manufacturing environment Experience using ERP systems Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Experience with returns, credits, or product quality processes Experience reviewing technical or manufacturing-related information Familiarity with 8D reports or corrective action documentation Experience managing high-volume workloads and multiple priorities What You'll Do Support customers by managing product quality inquiries and service requests Process and track customer cases from start to resolution Coordinate customer returns, exchanges, and credit requests Enter and maintain accurate information in ERP and internal systems Review and process documentation related to customer requests Communicate with internal teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance Monitor open cases and provide updates to customers and stakeholders Assist with reporting, tracking, and administrative support activities Ensure all records, orders, and documentation are complete and accurate What a Typical Day Looks Like Reviewing customer emails and service requests Entering and updating information in company systems Coordinating returns, exchanges, and credits Following up on open inquiries and documentation Working with internal departments to resolve customer concerns Managing multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of McHenry, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
