Training Coordinator

We're looking for a Training Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in supporting employee development across the firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is interested in learning and development, human resources, training, or program coordination. In this role, you'll coordinate training programs, manage learning records, support continuing education requirements, and help create a positive learning experience for employees at all levels. You'll work closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and the People & Culture team to ensure training programs are delivered smoothly and employees have access to valuable professional development opportunities. What You'll Do Coordinate and support internal training and professional development programs. Schedule and manage in-person and virtual training sessions. Maintain training calendars, registrations, attendance records, and participant communications. Track continuing education requirements and maintain compliance documentation. Prepare and submit continuing education accreditation applications and related materials. Maintain accurate training records, reports, and learning data. Partner with presenters and subject matter experts to update and enhance training materials and presentations. Coordinate logistics for workshops, conferences, and external learning opportunities, including registrations and travel arrangements. Assist with learning management systems and training-related reporting. Support employee development initiatives and special projects within the People & Culture team. Provide administrative and operational support as needed. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is naturally organized, enjoys managing details, and can balance multiple priorities while providing excellent support to employees and leaders. Qualifications Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, human resources, recruiting coordination, event planning, program administration, executive support, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom. Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across the organization. Experience coordinating training programs, educational events, or professional development initiatives is a plus.
