The Role This is an office-based finance role focused on supporting the financial operations of our landscaping company. You’ll help maintain accurate financial records, manage billing and expenses, support reconciliations and month-end close, and work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to keep our financial processes organized and on track. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial needs of the business and helping ensure our accounting processes run smoothly as we continue to grow.

What You Will Own Vendor invoices, payments, and records Customer billing and accounts receivable Expense and receipt tracking Bank and credit card reconciliations Monthly close and financial reporting Job costing and financial recordkeeping Payroll and 1099 contractor support Coordination with Finance and Operations teams

Requirements 1 + year of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Basic to strong QuickBooks Online experience Understanding of bank reconciliations and monthly close High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Strong English communication skills Ability to learn quickly and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with a service-based business is a plus Landscaping or construction industry experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus \nCompany Description
