Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid In-Clinic

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 BASE plus additional monthly bonus opportunities Sign-on bonus available - up to $20K for qualified LBAs for a limited time! Based on start date and location Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends! Up to 2 WFH days each week available. Two brand new incentives for full-time BCBAs! Student loan repayment and a fully paid 3 week Sabbatical! (details below) We have in-center in the following locations: Chandler (coming soon!), Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix (3 locations!), Scottsdale and Tucson. We have in-home through-out AZ. What You’ll Be Doing Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices What You’ll Bring Active BCBA and Arizona LBA Certification – Required to ensure clinical excellence. Here’s what you can look forward to when you join us: Industry-leading Base Salary: $90K–$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below) Generous Sign-On Bonus - up to $20K for a limited time for qualified LBAs! Based on start date and location Student loan repayment (A new incentive!) - earn up to $437 per month toward your loans! 3 week Paid Sabbatical! Three weeks fully paid after 36 months, 100% separate from and in addition to your PTO Attractive monthly performance bonuses with clear, attainable benchmarks - opportunities to make up to $2,600 per month ($31,200 annually) 15-20 days Paid Time Off (PTO), plus 8 company holidays which includes flex days (you choose!) - because you deserve time to recharge!
