Server Assistant

Who You Are As a Server Assistant, you are a vital member of the Service team, supporting servers and expediters to ensure seamless service. You help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room. You take pride in assisting your team and have a genuine eagerness to learn and grow. What You’ll Do Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests. Assist with table setup, clearing, resetting, and pouring water. Run food and support servers and expediters during service. Stay informed about all menu items and proper mise for each dish. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the restaurant. Demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the role. What We Need From You Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred, but not required. Ability to walk or stand for long periods. Ability to balance and carry multiple plates, glass racks, and/or glasses, and lift objects up to 30 lbs. English fluency; additional languages preferred but not required.
