Your contributions help shape how we measure, understand, and optimize our financial performance.About the RoleAnalyze weekly/monthly production results and connect financial outcomes to operational drivers (conversion, cycle time, capacity)Work directly with Data/BI to scale datasets, improve accessibility, and reduce manual processesDeliver consistent, high-quality monthly financial reporting includingOriginations Retail Banking Operating and Business Reviews as well as other adhoc presentationsLead AOP and forecast cycles for Originations, including scenario modeling (rate environments, volume shifts, capacity constraints)Maintain and build reports within Adaptive Planning, supporting channel-level allocations, forecast inputs, and monthly close processes including reconciliation to the General LedgerSupport ad hoc financial analysis and strategic requests from senior leadership with accuracy and attention to detailBuild and enhance financial reporting frameworks that increase transparency and provide stakeholders with actionable insightsPartner cross-functionally with business leaders, operations teams, and finance colleagues to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and communicate financial findingsIdentify and execute on opportunities to improve data quality, forecasting accuracy, and reporting automationAbout YouBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ideally in mortgage banking or a high-volume financial services environmentStrong proficiency with financial modeling, Power BI tools, Excel, and data visualization toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in mortgage, fintech, or financial services industryAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, financial modeling, and scenario modelingExperience with Workday and Adaptive Planning or similar OLAP/Planning platforms, familiarity with Power BI or other BI reporting toolsCPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certificationWhat You'll GetOur team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too! The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
