• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and backgrounds to inform effective treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that utilize various therapeutic modalities to enhance client growth and emotional well-being.
• Implement structured therapeutic sessions focusing on building coping strategies and resilience in clients.
• Utilize teletherapy to offer support, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous client records to uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and accurate reporting.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic practices and methodologies.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. • Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to establish effective communication with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is required, experience working with telehealth platforms and a background in crisis intervention are highly valued. Familiarity with evidence-based therapy techniques will enhance your contribution to client outcomes.
