Schedule:

Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary:

The Assembler is responsible for assembling small components with precision while working under a microscope in a clean manufacturing environment. Candidates must have previous microscope assembly experience and be comfortable sitting for the entire shift performing detailed, repetitive work.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble small components according to work instructions and specifications
Perform precision assembly using a microscope
Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Follow detailed assembly procedures and manufacturing documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor
Meet daily production and quality goals
Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Job Requirements:

Previous experience working under a microscope is required
Previous small parts or medical device assembly experience is preferred
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to sit for the entire 8-hour shift performing repetitive assembly tasks
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
