Material Handler

We are currently hiring a Material Handler to join our Distribution Center team in Celina. Location: Celina, OH Hours: 1st shift; Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 4:30 PM Overtime as required Starting Pay: $22.50/hour What You Will Do As a Material Handler, you will help keep materials, inventory, and customer orders moving safely and efficiently throughout the Distribution Center. This role is responsible for picking/packing, shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment operations. Picking, packing, and releasing customer orders using handheld scanners Loading and unloading trucks, containers, and freight shipments Operating forklifts, stock pickers, and warehouse equipment Organizing and storing inventory accurately Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts Preparing shipments and documenting incoming/outgoing freight Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Working independently and as part of a team to meet daily goals Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Operation of various fork trucks, stock pickers, etc. Must be able to obtain certification and operate equipment safely Company Drivers - Drivers’ license with a good driving record Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred Ability to safely operate forklifts or willingness to become certified Comfortable working at heights up to 30+ feet Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
