Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, supervise, and mentor all service department personnel while actively monitoring performance.
• Strategic Planning: Establish clear departmental goals, manage the annual operating budget, and execute smart marketing plans to drive new business.
• Guest Experience: Maintain an industry-leading Customer Service Index (CSI) score by addressing customer feedback swiftly and effectively.
• Service Excellence: Help advisors consult with customers, mapping their needs to precise service options and keeping them clearly updated throughout the repair process.
• Retention Systems: Cultivate a seamless customer follow-up system that inspires repeat business, word-of-mouth referrals, and lifelong loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of evolving luxury automotive technology, new features, and accessories by attending mandatory brand training.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven success in Automotive Service Management or Dealership leadership.
• Brand Expertise: Jaguar Land Rover experience is a major plus.
• Customer-centric: A deep-rooted commitment to delivering a luxury-tier customer experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Compliance: A clean, valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
