Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Therapy Aide to assist with day-to-day operations in a skilled nursing facility. This is an entry-level opportunity to support the rehab team and contribute to resident care.
What You'll Do:
- Escort residents to and from therapy appointments
- Set up treatment areas and gather necessary supplies
- Assist therapists with resident movement and positioning when needed
- Clean and maintain therapy equipment
- Keep the department organized and ready for daily use
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable with strong attendance
- Team-oriented and cooperative
- Compassionate when working with residents
- Detail-focused and able to stay organized
No experience needed; on-site training provided.
