For more information, please visit ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide business insight into the workings of SAP Sales and Distribution functionalityManage the design, development, and implementation of global business solutions.Establish, grow, and enhance collaborative relationships with regional and global business leads.Provide value-added input and alternatives and facilitate requirements definition whenever appropriate.Manage multiple projects/solutions/support for multiple business areas.Collaborate within the department to ensure alignment and adherence to goals.Collaborate with business areas to understand needs and develop or introduce solutions to maximize value.Act as an active change agent within the organization challenging the team and business to improve and excel.COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):Experience configuring and supporting, SAP OTC lifecycle processes including pricing and output conditionsSound business process and industry knowledge around E-commerce within the fashion industryExperience with the integration of SAP Order processing with 3rd party applicationsGood leadership skills: people, process and technology.Demonstrated achievement in developing and maintaining business partnership at all levels and from varying cultures around the world.Strong interpersonal communication skills; flexibility; responsiveness.Participative management style, advocate team-based concepts.Diverse background with broad knowledge of solution platforms, custom development, package implementations to work on highly complex projects.Good understanding of suite of SAP products & solutions.Proven experience in SAP PP, EWM, FI, with good knowledge on cross module integrations.Knowledge of project management methodologies and software life cyclesAble to understand and consider the business impact of potential issues and solutions.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S4/HANAExperience in Fashion, Retail and manufacturing sectorsExperience in a global environmentDE&I and EEOC:Inclusion & Diversity: As a purpose-led, performance driven company, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity.
