What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Relationship Advisor , you'll become a trusted resource for members before, during, and after enrollment.

Member Service & Relationship Management

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone

• Connect with members who have requested information about available benefits

• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs

• Answer benefit and coverage questions clearly and professionally

• Build long-term relationships through personalized service

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up

• Assist existing members with applicable policy and service needs

• Address questions and concerns professionally and efficiently

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

You'll help members better understand available financial protection options so they can make informed decisions based on their individual needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Review coverage features and available benefits

• Help members evaluate appropriate options

• Provide needs-based recommendations

• Guide members through applications and enrollment

• Assist with required documentation

• Help ensure members understand the coverage selected

• Provide continued service following enrollment

Weekly Pay & Performance-Based Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity , not an hourly or salaried customer-service position.

Applicants must:
