Job Requirement:QualificationsAt least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, or equivalent skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesProven skill in building rapport and understanding customer needsProactive and results-driven approach with focus on customer satisfactionExcellent telephone etiquette with capability to manage multiple calls simultaneouslyProficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entryAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentPositive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
