Treatment Coordinator – Gentle Dentist Smile Spa
Gentle Dentist Smile Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with patients, coordinating care, and being an important part of the day-to-day success of a dental office.
Schedule
- Monday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:45 AM–6:00 PM
- Friday: 7:45 AM–1:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:45 AM–1:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and provide a welcoming experience
- Coordinate patient appointments and treatment plans
- Review treatment recommendations and costs with patients
- Help patients understand their treatment options and next steps
- Discuss financing and payment options when applicable
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment
- Assist with scheduling and overall front-office operations
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with patients

- Experienced in dental treatment coordination or front-office operations
