Sweet Perks: Flexible part-time work schedules Free cookies & employee discount Paid time off Pet insurance for your furry loved ones Excellent training Job stability with a reputable and growing company Opportunities for growth and promotion Work in a fun, exciting team environment Responsibilities: Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure Assist customers with menu items, answer questions, and confirm orders for accuracy Provide a warm, friendly experience both in person and over the phone Bake cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream Ensure fast, warm, and accurate delivery orders are packaged and dispatched Handle cash and payments accurately, avoiding shortages or overages Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery Desired Skills & Experience: Customer service experience preferred Personable, genuine, and outgoing demeanor Ambitious and motivated Strong communication and organizational skills Must be 18 or older Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Legally eligible to work in the United States About Us: Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm by Seth Berkowitz.
