Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on Heavy Civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to specification. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading General Contractors in the region and to be a part of their growth!

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise field crews, equipment, and subcontractors on-site.
• Coordinate daily work plans with the Project Manager and project engineers.
• Enforce jobsite safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor productivity, quality control, and adherence to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to keep work on schedule.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field supervision experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of means and methods for structures, roadways, or utilities.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
