As an Agent in Training at the Pikus Agency, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding insurance solutions to our valued clients. In this role, you will develop and nurture important relationships, gain a deep understanding of client needs, and customize insurance packages to provide comprehensive coverage. This position offers a clear pathway to owning your very own Farmers agency! You'll have the opportunity to learn from one of the top agencies in the state, gaining hands-on experience in insurance sales and the essential skills needed to become a successful agent. Responsibilities

• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.

Requirements

• A Property Casualty insurance license is preferred, willing to train and licensing assistance available
• A Life Health Insurance license is preferred, willing to train and licensing assistance available
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.
