If you're looking for a stable team environment, strong clinical collaboration, and a role where your expertise is valued, this is a great next step.What you'll doIn this role, you'll provide anesthesia services and anesthesia-related care consistent with your clinical expertise and scope, including:Administering anesthesia and providing anesthesia care in alignment with Oregon state statutes/regulations and facility policiesPracticing in accordance with applicable Medical Staff bylaws and credentialing/privileging requirementsSupporting safe, responsive patient care—especially in time-sensitive or unexpected situationsMaintaining reliable attendance and punctuality for assigned shiftsRequired qualificationsCRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privileges (credentialing/privileging required)Ability to communicate effectively (reading, writing, and speaking in person and by phone)Physical/clinical requirements (role demands)Stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequentlyRespond quickly and appropriately to unexpected patient care needsMaintain adequate hearing and visual acuity (including color vision)Use fine motor skills and strong eye-hand coordinationAssist patients with mobility/transfer using safe body mechanicsFollow standard precautions due to possible exposure to blood and bodily fluidsPeriodically use a personal computerWork environment & additional infoUnion affiliation: NoneEqual Opportunity EmployerOr refer someone
