Shift LeadShift Leads will wear many hats in order to deliver a gold standard experience to all customers. All Shift Leads are expected to become cross-trained in all three areas of the business: Service, Production and Maintenance/Sanitation as a Team Member prior to being considered for a Shift Lead position. Our goal is to develop Shift Leads who can oversee the productivity of Team Members on every shift they work.
