About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the evolution of its marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that enhances the brand, generates demand, and supports business development efforts. This role involves modernizing the marketing approach, including the use of AI, and requires a leader who can balance strategy with execution. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with building and mentoring a high-performing team, establishing marketing KPIs, and serving as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor. Collaboration with sales, operations, product, and recruiting teams is essential to position the company as a market leader in legal support services. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B marketing for professional services, technology, SaaS, healthcare, financial services, or a similar industry, and a proven track record in demand generation and brand strategy. Strong skills in digital marketing, content marketing, and marketing analytics are required, as is experience in managing marketing budgets and external agency relationships. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence executive stakeholders, and a hands-on leadership style.
