What You’ll Do As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our team, supporting daily operations and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities: Assist with the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency. Lead and support team members during shifts, fostering a positive work environment. Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer concerns with professionalism. Manage cash handling, deposits, and ensure register accuracy. Receive, stock, and organize merchandise to keep our shelves looking great. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store for everyone. Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching employees to help them succeed. Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed at all times. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who’s reliable, organized, and ready to lead. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail, convenience stores, or customer service. Supervisory or management experience is a plus! Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire your team. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
