Compensation Hourly rate: $14 - $27 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. They locate, prepare and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up.
