Commercial Door Technician

Carolina Industrial Systems, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an experienced Commercial Technician in Raleigh and surrounding areas. Employees will be trained by industry experts to perform repairs on automatic doors, manual entry doors, commercial doors and door hardware. Candidates with experience in construction labor, electrical work, carpentry, installing and servicing products, and mechanical work typically do well in this role. Job Responsibilities Repair a wide range of automatic doors, manual entry doors, commercial doors, and door hardware. Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services. Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit in a timely manner. Operate in a safety‑conscious manner at all times while performing job duties. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED (preferred). At least one year of experience in the commercial/automatic/entry door industry (preferred). Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds. Ability to work at heights and use a ladder. Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required prior to hire.
