The Resident Service Coordinator will serve the site as an active team member supporting aspects of field-level property management, working collaboratively with the staff to meet the property needs and resolve resident concerns in accordance with Seldin Company policy and procedures.Skills and RequirementsPreferred experience in community organizing, social work, or relative support services; or a combination of education and experienceAbility to work independently and as a teamStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsAbility to organize and facilitate community events, presentation, and meetingsGeneral office skills.
