Our organization is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible gastroenterologist to become part of our dedicated team. We offer outpatient procedural and clinic services across St. Paul, Woodbury, Anoka, and Western Wisconsin. Each physician will have a primary location but may also provide coverage at secondary sites as needed. Additionally, our team delivers 24/7 inpatient care at Regions Hospital located in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time commitment of 1.0 FTE: 4.5 working days each week.

• Applicants should possess experience in EUS/ERCP and demonstrate interest and proficiency in advanced techniques such as BarrX, single balloon colonoscopy, Axios stenting, and/or EMRs.

• Engage in advanced endoscopy coverage at a designated hospital site. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, as well as with Gastroenterology team members, administrative staff, and unit personnel at Regions Hospital, along with clinical staff at the outpatient procedure centers. Clinicians will be responsible for the advanced endoscopy service every fourth week and will also cover one weekend per month on call.

• Contribute to the inpatient general gastroenterology service for 3-4 weeks annually, supported by medical students, residents, University of Minnesota GI Fellows, and Advanced Practice Providers.

• Conduct screening and diagnostic procedures primarily at our St. Paul, Woodbury, and Anoka locations.

• Familiarity with Epic is preferred; candidates with licenses in Minnesota and Wisconsin are also preferred.

COMPENSATION:

The annual salary range for this position is between $499,990.40 and $775,008.00.

PAY RANGE STATEMENT: Compensation is determined by the role's level and requirements. Factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and internal equity may also influence pay within our established ranges. After the initial salary guarantee period, compensation will be based on work RVU productivity.
