Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS) is seeking a Patient Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support to patients throughout their imaging experience. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of IHS-helping patients check in, answering questions, coordinating with referring physicians, and ensuring every visit runs smoothly from start to finish. What You'll Do
- Greet and assist patients with check-ins, payments, and appointment confirmations.
- Communicate with referring physician offices to coordinate care and clarify orders.
- Answer patient questions and provide clear information about imaging procedures.
- Maintain and update patient information accurately inEHR and scheduling systems.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and an outstanding experience.
- Uphold IHS standards of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training in customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
- Friendly, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Availability for night and weekend shifts as needed.
- Competitive pay: $25 - 25.50/hour
