• Band rates based on experience
• Unload pay
• Layover (24 hours) pay: $200 per day
• Breakdown (24 hours): $200 per day
• Training/retraining pay: $200 per day
• Backhaul pickup pay: $25 per load
• Clean DOT inspection: $25
• Safe & on-time bonus- up to 3% weekly
• Brand new trucks and trailers - sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers

Route Details:

We are hiring CDL drivers with little to no experience to join our fleet. Start your driving career alongside an experienced mentor, build your skills behind the wheel, and advance to solo driving. Drivers typically make three turns per week out of Ocala, FL, delivering to the surrounding area of Miami, Fort Meyers, the Florida Keys, Tampa, and Orlando.
