At Canfield Buildings, we are looking for a full- or part-time Construction Estimator to join our estimating team in Waukesha, WI. This is an in-office position! This role is perfect for a detail-driven estimator or a semi-retired contractor/tradesperson looking for a flexible opportunity.Starting at $30/hour, with performance raises and accuracy incentive pay, this role rewards precision and expertise. We are proud to improve lives in a meaningful way! DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?As a full- or part-time Construction Estimator, you will dive into the details of post-frame building projects, carefully analyzing materials, labor, and subcontractor costs to create accurate estimates. You will use Excel spreadsheets to organize data and ensure precision in every calculation. Maintaining up-to-date material costs in Construction Maestro will be key to keeping our bids competitive. You will assist the Project Manager with the pre-construction process, ensuring projects start smoothly.
