Weekend CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) - Join Our Team at North County Center Nursing!
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our team at North County Center Nursing in Collinsville, Oklahoma. As a important member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.
About the Role:
As a Weekend CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including but not limited to:
Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
Assisting with mealtime and snacks
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
Documenting patient information and communicating with the healthcare team
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for our patients and families
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment by demonstrating kindness, empathy, and compassion
