This is a rare opportunity for aN NP to do deeply meaningful clinical work in a well-supported, structured setting - serving adults with serious mental illness while maintaining true work-life balance. The role blends autonomy, collaboration, and clinical depth without burnout-level volume.• Full-time is just 37.5 hours/week (Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30)• Outpatient, onsite role providing evaluations, medication management, and crisis support• Highly collaborative environment with nursing, case management, and program leadership support• Work with a clinically complex, engaging adult population in a residential/transitional setting• Strong Base Salary and benefits package
