Packer – Surgoinsville, TN Pay: $14.00–$15.00 per hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 2/2/3 schedule Shifts: Day Shift: 6: 45 AM – 7: 00 PM Night Shift: 6: 45 PM – 7: 00 AM We are currently hiring Packers for a manufacturing facility in Surgoinsville, TN! This is a temp‑to‑hire opportunity with the potential for growth and advancement within your first 30 days for dependable employees who demonstrate strong attendance, a good work ethic, and the ability to learn. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work and are comfortable working a 12‑hour shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
