Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (RBT) to join our team at Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS). As a key member of our service delivery team, you will provide comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development

• Deliver ABA and Group services to children and families, ensuring accurate record keeping of case notes and excellent communication with supervising BCaBA or BCBA about the program and the progress of the behavior service plans

• Work closely with BCBA(s) to design and implement individualized programs tailored to the unique needs of each child and family

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and excellent communication among all stakeholders

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation
