Relevant Skills and History:

Aptitude toward Learning, Coaching, and Teamwork
Ability to Motivate and Train a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment
Builds staff/management team through internal hospitality, promoting from within, and developing a productive culture
Proclivity for Accountability and maintains Company Standards and the Freddy's Way
Strong attention to Detail and Standards while managing time and priorities efficiently
Always focused on Profits and Sales Growth
Excellent attention to the Guest Experience, a true example of Hospitality
Exhibits detailed attention to Food Safety, is or willing to become Serv-Safe Certified
Capable of assuming responsibility for 5 delegations including truck orders, scheduling, or inventory
Experience in financials to include setting and maintaining inventory, schedules, use of spreadsheets, labor management and knowledge of P&L's is desired
Sets the standards for the 3 pillars -Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness
Develops management by assessment of individual performance, coaching fundamentals, and clearly defining expectations and goals
Earns the respect of the staff/management through a lead-by-example and servant leadership approach
Demonstrates a consistent and productive management style that is vocal, approachable, and receptive
Is sales growth oriented to ultimately increase profitability

Physical Requirements:

Available a variety of hours to include evenings, nights and weekends
Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
Will be required to lift up to forty pounds during the course of a workday
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of individuals and guest needs
Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder
Reasonable accommodation will be made to those requiring assistance
