Physician, Primary Care (Wayzata)

Job Description Park Nicollet Clinics – Wayzata is seeking a full‑time Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in 2027. As a Primary Care Clinician in the largest multi‑specialty care system in the Twin Cities, you will impact the care that our patients receive every day. The position requires board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine and is an out‑patient role that allows performing a range of in‑clinic procedures. Responsibilities Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient setting. Perform a variety of in‑clinic procedures. Collaborate with an on‑site RN, department assistant, and team of clinicians to support patient care. Assist with in‑basket support and patient follow‑up. Use on‑site registered nurses for triage. Support and Resources Park Nicollet clinicians receive in‑clinic support, including an on‑site department assistant and RN, as well as access to a network of care team professionals.
