Job Full Description Welder Helper
Pay: $18.00/hour
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
We are looking for a Welder Helper to assist the Main Welder with cutting, bending, and preparing metal materials. Training will be provided on the specific machinery used in the facility.

We are looking for a Welder Helper to assist the Main Welder with cutting, bending, and preparing metal materials. Training will be provided on the specific machinery used in the facility.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Assist the Main Welder with cutting and bending metal.
- Learn to operate specific machines, including a CNC 100-ton press .
- Basic knowledge of MIG welding .
- Ability to read and understand blueprints .
- Operate shearing equipment to cut materials of different gauges.
- Some knowledge of a CNC turret press is a plus; machines are already programmed.
- Must be comfortable using a tape measure and taking accurate measurements.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
- Previous welding or metal fabrication experience is preferred.
