Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources. \n
- Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. \n
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to create and implement personalized client-centered treatment plans that include measurable goals and effective interventions. \n
- Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being. \n
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans while adhering to ethical and legal standards. \n
- Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote community and shared learning among clients. \n
- Participate in continuous professional development, including training programs designed to expand clinical skills and knowledge. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health settings, particularly in outpatient or hospice care. \n
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities with a demonstrated ability to apply these approaches effectively. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills that foster trust and rapport with clients. \n
While two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required, preference will be given to candidates with specific experience in hospice care, palliative support, or with vulnerable populations. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth practices will be advantageous.
