Brand: Bruegger's Bagels We are looking for a Shift Leader! A Shift Leader collaborates directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. Shift Leaders help ensure quality food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Hourly Rate: $11.67–$18.67 per hour *Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. **Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
