Quality Technician
Location: Vandalia, Ohio
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift
- Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Quality Technician to work in a manufacturing facility in Vandalia, Ohio. This position supports 2nd shift production, where plastic components are manufactured for products.
Job Duties
- Inspect manufactured plastic components for quality
- Check finished parts for visible defects or inconsistencies
- Verify products meet work order requirements
- Count and weigh completed products as required
- Identify and separate products that do not meet requirements
- Maintain accurate quality and production information
- Communicate quality concerns to the appropriate team members
- Follow established work instructions and safety procedures
Requirements
- Ability to perform basic counting and weighing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and varying temperatures
