Regional Property Manager

Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, we manage 3,000 units and aim to expand to 10,000 by 2030. The Opportunity As a Regional Manager at LSA Management, you will oversee multiple properties within your assigned region, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet company standards. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will work closely with Community Managers to align property goals with company objectives. A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation are required. Responsibilities Oversee multiple properties within the assigned region to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. Drive financial performance, maintain high occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction. Collaborate with Community Managers to align property goals with corporate objectives. Communicate effectively with team members, tenants, and stakeholders. Monitor property performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. Qualifications 3 years of proven experience in regional property management, preferably in the multifamily housing industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation required Proficient in using property management software (Yardi Voyager and RealPage preferred) Knowledge of LIHTC and affordable housing regulations required Experience overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities Ability to evaluate property performance (occupancy trends, rent collections, maintenance efficiency) and implement operational best practices Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze property-level financials, control expenses, and drive revenue growth Experience monitoring budgets, forecasting, and alignment with ownership goals Capability to identify financial risks and opportunities to optimize NOI Proven leadership in mentoring Community Managers and on-site teams Commitment to building high-performing teams through coaching and clear goal-setting Fosters accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Deep understanding of federal, state, and local housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant laws Job Type Full-time DOE base salary: $90,000 - $120,000 401(k) with matching Dental, health, and vision insurance Employee assistance and discount programs Flexible schedule and spending account Life insurance Paid time off and parental leave Schedule Location - Charlotte and surrounding region On call and/or Saturdays based on property needs Travel throughout portfolio required License/Certification Driver\'s License (Required) Join us at LSA Management and make a meaningful impact on our communities! #J-18808-Ljbffr LSA Management
