Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: UPMC (SimplifyVMS) Direct Program and no current placement allowed at Program: UPMC (SimplifyVMS) Direct Program.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: - May be eligible for an earlier start date with recent PA fingerprint results and PA Child Abuse Clearance results obtained within the last 5 years.

Shift & Scheduling: - Rotating shifts. - Overtime opportunities if needed.

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
