Make an Impact.Training Wheels ABA is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and support the continued growth of our Austin-area services.We are looking for a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, is confident using data to drive decisions, and enjoys balancing people leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance.This is an opportunity to take ownership of center operations while partnering closely with clinical leadership to create an efficient, high-performing, and positive environment for both our team and the families we serve.The RoleThe Operations Manager serves as the operational leader of the center, working closely with the Clinical Director and clinical leadership to ensure the center operates efficiently while supporting strong team performance, client access, and financial outcomes.You will partner closely with the Clinical Director and clinic leadership to:Oversee efficient and effective daily operationsSupport appropriate staffing levels, attendance, and coverageDrive strong client utilization and access to carePartner with clinical leadership to support parent and family engagementMonitor and support revenue and financial targetsTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvementEnsure operational and compliance standards are consistently maintainedSupport a positive, accountable, and engaged team cultureOversee scheduling processes and staffing needsCoordinate onboarding and operational aspects of new-hire integrationMonitor center performance and provide regular operational reportingIdentify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performanceThe Operations Manager will report directly to the Director of Finance & Operations while working closely with the Clinical Director to align operational priorities with clinical needs, client experience, and overall center performance.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for a proactive leader who can take ownership, make informed decisions, and keep the big picture in focus.Ideal candidates will have:4+ years of experience in healthcare, ABA, or a related operations environmentExperience managing or monitoring financial performance and KPIsExperience with scheduling systems, staffing, and utilization targetsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to make confident decisions and prioritize independentlyStrong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindsetExperience leading teams and holding others accountableProficient in excel and reporting systemsA bachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredWhy This Role MattersAt Training Wheels ABA, our Operations Managers play a critical role in creating successful centers and ensuring our teams have the support they need to provide high-quality care.Your leadership directly impacts:Center PerformanceTeam Engagement, Attendance & RetentionClient Access & UtilizationParent & Family ExperienceOperational EfficiencyFinancial SustainabilityThis is more than a day-to-day operations role.
