For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to$3,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligiblePatient Service Representatives!
o Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time Patient Service Representative position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
o Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
- Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
- Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
