Rodeo Dunes is a new destination golf resort set on the high plains of Colorado. Built on a landscape defined by sand, wind, and wide-open horizons, Rodeo Dunes has opened a Coore & Crenshaw golf course to Founder play public play begins in 2027 and will feature multiple world-class golf courses, future short course offerings, practice facilities, lodging, and an integrated residential community. Located less than an hour from Denver International Airport, Denver metro area Fort Collins and Colorado Springs, Rodeo Dunes offers the rare opportunity to help build a world-class golf destination while enjoying access to one of America's fastest growing and most vibrant regions.

Rodeo Dunes is seeking Provisions Associates to support the launch and day-to-day execution of the resort's food and beverage program during its opening years. At Rodeo Dunes, our food and beverage operationreferred to as Provisionsfocuses on high-quality, thoughtfully delivered offerings across on-course service and temporary facilities.

The 2026 season will operate out of temporary food and beverage locations, with a transition to a permanent clubhouse and restaurant operation in 2027/2028.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role within a startup environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong hospitality mindset, attention to detail, and a willingness to operate in a fast-paced, evolving setting. Provisions Associates will play a key role in delivering a top-tier guest experience while supporting operational execution across multiple service touchpoints.

This role offers the opportunity to grow within the organization as Rodeo Dunes expands its Provisions program.

Qualifications

Required

• Prior experience in food and beverage, hospitality, retail, or guest service roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak golf season periods.

Preferred

• Golf, resort, or destination hospitality experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Experience in outdoor or seasonal operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions as required.

What to Expect

Working Conditions:

Subject to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions. May be exposed to inclement weather, temperature fluctuations, and active golf course conditions including misdirected golf balls. Work may involve handling food products, cleaning agents, and operational equipment. Safety compliance is essential.

Machine/Equipment/Tools Used:

POS systems, handheld devices, beverage equipment, coolers, storage systems, and standard food service tools. May also include use of golf carts, hand carts, and light material handling equipment.

$19 - $21 an hour
