Job Title

Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 Hours per Week | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts (7:15 PM – 7:15 AM) | Weekends and rotating holidays required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients throughout each shift
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the care team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Prior Intensive Care Unit (ICU) experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and rotating holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification
• Experience with critically ill or complex patient populations
