Physician Hospitalist - Competitive Salary

Job Description

Seeking a full-time BC/BE OBGYN to join an OB Hospitalist service.

• Join the team of 1 FT/1 PT/3 PRN OB Hospitalists, 1 OBGYN, 4 APPs, and 2 midwives
• 500-600 births/year
• 7 24-hour shifts/month
• Level II NICU staffed 24 hours by Pediatric Hospitalists & NICU Nurses with access to an on-site blood bank.
• Teaching opportunity- FM Residents (in L&D 24/7) & Medical Students
• In-house specialists available for consultation/collaboration in patient care, i.e., Cardiology, Orthopedics, Reconstructive Surgery, Anesthesiology, etc.
• Collaborative relationship with Des Moines Perinatology group to support high-risk obstetric management and seamless specialty consultation.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Annual base salary of $400,000
• $150,000 recruitment incentive
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage
• 403B with match and 457B savings plans
• Annual CME allowance up to $6,000
• Comprehensive day-one benefits
• PSLF eligible
