Key Responsibilities Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing a motivated team Communicate clear job expectations and hold team members accountable Support team development and foster a positive, collaborative environment Create and maintain a guest-first culture ensuring excellent service Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals efficiently Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy workplace by enforcing safety and sanitation guidelines Implement Brand standards, recipes, and operational systems consistently Prepare and execute action plans to improve productivity, quality, and guest satisfaction Review guest feedback and drive continuous improvements Control costs to maximize profitability and manage financial goals Execute marketing promotions, new product roll-outs, and team training Drive sales goals and track performance results Desired Skills and Qualifications Fluent in English with strong communication skills Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles Basic computer skills and proficiency in math and financial management High School diploma or equivalent preferred At least 18 years of age (where applicable) Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment Why Work at Dunkin'?
