Sales Rep - Convenience / Gas / Small Format

Job Overview Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) – a unit of PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales, and distribution – seeks a Small Format Sales Representative. Compensation Base Salary: $76,826 per year • Commission/Target Pay included. Full-time. Responsibilities Serve as the primary store‑level salesperson and key contact for small format accounts (convenience, gas, small grocery, drug stores, restaurants, etc.). Generate sales through identifying opportunities, conducting business reviews, communicating with customers, and providing exceptional service. Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, coolers, vending equipment, and customer backrooms. Prioritize and execute daily tasks while servicing up to 100 accounts weekly. Receive and act on feedback via key metrics. Collaborate with cross‑functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs. Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow accounts. Build displays and set up promotional materials; lift, load, push, and pull cases weighing 20–45 lbs (stand, walk, reach, squat). Adhere to safety standards and procedures. Work in diverse weather conditions. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Must own a vehicle to access multiple store locations within the assigned shift. Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance. Preferred Experience Merchandising. Sales of beverages or consumer products. In‑store marketing execution. Route management. Working toward financial targets. Customer service. Other Information Mileage reimbursement is provided for personal vehicle use.
