Home Health Registered Nurse (1099/Contract) Multiple Positions Boost Home Healthcare makes it easier for patients who need home medical care to focus on recovery and wellness by coordinating personalized care. The Field Registered Nurse (Field RN) administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence, performed in accordance with physician orders and a care plan under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Benefits Of Joining Our Team Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Training & development Nurse Practitioner led agency Paid training Ongoing training and development opportunities Advance payroll disbursement No weekends Mileage reimbursement What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Florida Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience; preferred one (1) year experience in home healthcare Current BLS Certification Current CPR certification Significant local travel required Passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation What You’ll Be Doing Begin the initial Start of Care (SOC) assessment and regularly reevaluate the patient’s nursing needs. Meet Daily Productivity Standards. Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions. Provide services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills. Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner.
