Subcontract Program Management Sr MgrYou will be the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr for the Supply Chain Development team. Our team is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of the future supply base, obsolescence redesigns, and second-source qualification initiatives. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Program Management Sr Mgr you will be responsible for shaping the future industrial base and guiding cross-functional teams from concept through production readiness. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Lead sourcing and development for critical technologies.Drive supplier selection and qualification strategies to ensure production readiness.Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to embed affordability and scalability into designs.Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and mitigate obsolescence risks.Coach and develop a high-performing team of leaders and contributors.Why Join Us The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in complex, mission-critical environments.
